7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@goodvibesuni.com. Returns must be sent to: 461 W 126th St #5W, New York, NY 10027. Upon acceptance of your return, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
